LEHMANN GIVEAWAY CONTEST
FIRST – ORGANIZING ENTITY
Citrilehmann Lda., with registered office at Rua da Trindade 9, 2710-514 Sintra, Portugal, organizes the promotion described below, exclusively aimed at consumers, in accordance with the rules detailed in these terms and conditions.
SECOND – PROMOTION TERMS
I. Personal and territorial scope
All internet users, both followers and non-followers of the Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/lehmannsignature/, aged 18 or over, may participate in the promotion.
Individuals under 18 years old, employees of Citrilehmann Lda., employees of partner companies involved in this promotion, as well as their direct relatives (third degree or below, by blood or affinity), are excluded from participating.
II. Timeframe
The promotion will run from 18/11/2025 to 30/11/2025, both included.
III. Access and participation
To participate, users must visit our Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/lehmannsignature/, leave a comment explaining their essence in one word, and mention two people.
To enter the giveaway, it is required to follow both @lehmannsignature and @fragrance_panther on Instagram.
THIRD – PURPOSE
The purpose of this promotion is to promote the Lehmann brand image and encourage visits and engagement with its Instagram page.
FOURTH – PRIZE
All valid entries that comply with the terms and conditions will be entered into a draw to win:
1 Terrennal perfume
The prize is not redeemable for cash, nor exchangeable for another prize, nor subject to modification or compensation at the winner’s request. The sale or commercial use of the prize is strictly prohibited.
In case of force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of Citrilehmann Lda., the company reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar characteristics.
By refusing the prize, the winner waives any right to claim compensation.
FIFTH – PARTICIPATION MECHANICS
To participate, users must visit our Instagram page www.instagram.com/lehmannsignature, leave a comment stating their essence in one word, and mention two people.
To qualify for the draw, participants must follow the @lehmannsignature account.
Participation is open from the time of publication until 23:59 on the last day of the contest. All comments must be respectful and aligned with the brand’s values.
Citrilehmann Lda. is not responsible for any third-party claims related to comments submitted by participants.
The company is not responsible for false accounts impersonating Lehmann or using this contest for their own benefit.
Comments that infringe upon moral standards, decency, or that may offend sensitivities will not be accepted.
Participants must have authorization from individuals they mention or tag. Citrilehmann Lda. is not responsible for any related third-party claims.
Each person may participate as many times as they wish during the promotion period. The more entries, the higher the chances of winning.
Citrilehmann Lda. reserves the right to remove any entries that violate these terms or that may infringe upon the dignity of individuals, constitutional values, especially regarding children, youth, or women, or if the participant is proven not to be the author.
SIXTH – DRAW MECHANICS
Once the participation period has ended, Citrilehmann Lda. will compile all valid entries into a numbered list.
Three entries will be randomly selected: the first will be the winner, and the next two will be reserves, in order of extraction.
The reserve entries will be used if:
a) The winner does not meet all participation requirements.
b) The winner cannot be contacted.
c) The winner does not accept the prize.
d) The winner violates any of the terms.
If, after contacting all reserves, the prize has not been assigned, it will be declared void.
SEVENTH – WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT AND PRIZE DELIVERY
The winner will be announced on Citrilehmann Lda.’s official social media pages on the day of selection. Within a maximum of 3 days, Citrilehmann Lda. will contact the winner via a comment on the post, mentioning their name and providing instructions to claim the prize.
The winner must provide a copy of their identification document to verify identity, address, and age in order to receive the prize.
If within 5 days of publication the winner does not confirm acceptance or provide the required documentation, the prize will be passed to the reserve.
The prize will be delivered to the postal address provided by the winner.
If the prize cannot be delivered within 3 weeks due to absence or reasons attributable to the winner, the winner will lose their claim to the prize.
The prize is non-transferable. If no participant qualifies, the prize will be declared void.
EIGHTH – CLAIMS
Any claims regarding the promotion must be submitted within three months from the end of the promotional period.
NINTH – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Participation implies full acceptance of these terms. Refusal to accept them, in part or in full, will result in exclusion from the promotion.
Citrilehmann Lda. reserves the right to modify or suspend the promotion if fraudulent use is detected.
TENTH – LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The organizing company is not responsible for losses, damage, delays, or malfunction of the internet, nor for any issues that hinder the normal development of the promotion due to external causes or bad faith.
Nor is it responsible for copyright claims without consent from the rightful owner of the material submitted by participants.
ELEVENTH – PRIVACY POLICY
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable data protection laws, your personal data will be used to manage your participation in the promotion << #LEHMANN GIVEAWAY >>.
Processing your data is necessary to execute the contractual relationship. Without your data, you cannot participate.
Your data will be retained for the duration of the promotion and will be destroyed afterward.
When providing third-party data (as part of the participation process), you guarantee that you have obtained their consent and informed them, relieving Citrilehmann Lda. of any responsibility.
If Citrilehmann Lda. fails to comply with legal obligations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
TWELFTH – FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATION
Fraudulent participation (use of bots, non-manual systems, hacking, etc.) will result in automatic disqualification, with loss of any rights to the prize.
Entries may also be disqualified for:
- Defaming, abusing, or violating legal rights, privacy, or publicity of others.
- Discriminatory content (race, gender, religion).
- Publishing defamatory, obscene, violent, or offensive content.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
- Including viruses or harmful elements that damage the platform.
Any such violation will lead to automatic disqualification.
THIRTEENTH – RIGHTS TRANSFER
Participants authorize Citrilehmann Lda. to reproduce and use their personal data and responses for promotional purposes (forums, press releases, magazines, websites) related to this contest.
Users assign to Citrilehmann Lda. all necessary rights for reproduction, use, distribution, and public communication of their content, in any format (electronic, digital, paper), worldwide and for unlimited time, without compensation.
FOURTEENTH – TAXATION
The prize is not subject to withholding or advance payment of Personal Income Tax, as its value is below €300, according to Article 75.3.f) of Royal Decree 439/2007.
FIFTEENTH – ADMINISTRATION VIA INSTAGRAM
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with it. Participants have no link to Instagram in relation to the promotion.
Instagram is outside the control of Citrilehmann Lda. Therefore, the company is not responsible for malfunction, unavailability, or errors that may affect the contest.
